What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that emphasizes the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. This technique is based on the idea that these reflex points are linked to different organs and systems in the body. By activating these areas, reflexology seeks to alleviate tension, encourage relaxation, boost circulation, regulate the nervous system, and improve overall wellness.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves a practitioner gently placing their hands on or near a person’s body to channel " life force energy." The practice is based on the belief that this energy can promote healing and balance by removing blockages that may lead to illness. Reiki aims to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the craniosacral system. Practitioners use light touch to assess and enhance the movement of the cranial bones, spine, sacrum, and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, aiming to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. It is often used to address various physical and emotional issues, supporting the body's natural healing processes.
What to expect in a session
If you are new to holistic therapies you may have some questions about what to expect. All of the techniques I use aim to support the regulation of your nervous system, relax your body and mind, and bring balance to your emotions. When you arrive, each session begins with discussing your needs for the session and answering questions you may have. I recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing. Although everyone is unique, most clients leave feeling relaxed and ready for a good nap. Keep this in mind when booking a session.
