It is really hard to know someone by looking at their qualifications. I invite you to read on and allow me to share some details about me and my story.

First, I'm a wife and mom. My husband and two daughters are all distinctly different personalities and it keeps the family dynamic very interesting.

I try to live my life as natural as possible. I love being outside, preferably away from the city, and enjoy observing nature's beauty in all its forms.

My favorite place to be is in my garden watching the bees. I drive my husband crazy when I tell him he can't pull weeds because it will disturb the bee nests.

I've been a vegetarian for over 25yrs. I still laugh about how it happened and love sharing the story. One evening I was cooking a turkey. I took it out of the oven and tried to have a piece. My stomach flipped and told me not to touch it. I put the lid on the roaster, drove it over to my parents' house, and I have not touched meat since.

I love natural fibers and have an affinity for wool sweaters.

In my past I was eager to try all kinds of adventurous activities. I've gone paragliding, rock climbing, and diving. With all that behind me, I now enjoy, leisurely exploring the wilderness and kayaking.

I meditate, chant, and practice yoga daily. I am a firm believer in the power of mindfulness, and feel extreme gratitude for my life and every part of my journey.

My Story

How did I get here? Honestly, I was diagnosed with long covid and specifically Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. It's been a long road, and I am now thriving in a place of wellness. I have gratitude for my lived experience with illness because it led to me to the path of holistic health and forced me to embrace my entire self, the good, the bad, and the scary. I've spent several years learning about my connection between my mind, body, and emotions. The key for me was listening to all of my parts and honoring what each of them needed in order to return to balance.

I became a practitioner because I know the challenge of living with a mystery illness and being in constant pain. I know the anger, frustration, sorrow, and feeling of defeat when your body is doing things that are out of your control. I want to help ease pain, promote healing, and ignite the inner wisdom of the body so it can return to balance. I want to share what I learned and support my clients with their healing journeys.

Today, I honor my authentic self. I have a committed spiritual practice and feel grateful for this life I get to live. I honor the universe, the earth, and the energy they provide. And I honor everyone who I have the pleasure of meeting. We are all connected, we all have a journey, and we all have a purpose.
